Overview of Marshall ACM work in the NHS

The challenge for our work in the NHS has been customising our content to be in line with the Knowledge and Skills Framework. Working with County Durham and Darlington Priority NHS Trust we mapped our content to the KSF and formed the following document:

A key factor for the NHS in deciding to work with Marshall ACM has been our development of a online certificate feature. This way when NHS staff complete the module they can show evidence of the completed training at their KSF review.

As with other sectors the NHS has given us the feedback that they need assistance with the sheer logistics of how to keep all staff updated on their rights and responsibilities in this area:

Now we are working with over 20 NHS trusts and have been asked to expand our portfolio of work in the NHS. This has seen us develop:
