Knowledge Transfer

This new course was designed for the University of Surrey to explain what is meant by the term and how staff can get the most out of the organisation's knowledge transfer accounts.

Core learning outcomes:

  • Understand what is meant by knowledge transfer.
  • Explain knowledge transfer accounts (KTAs) and why they are important.
  • Understand why KTAs are important.
  • Learn what staff can get out of KTAs.

Throughout the course and in the final section, there are links and details of further resources for exploring the subject in more detail.

Learning design: MACM courses are highly interactive, using a variety of question-types to encourage users to apply underlying concepts to their day-to-day working environment. Courses are also graphically-rich, using audio-visual assets as appropriate.

An (optional) end-of-course test assesses users on the level of knowledge they have retained. Pass rates can be set as required.

Course duration: 30 minutes.

All our courses are highly customisable. Clients can add their own graphics, and adapt text-based resources to cover their own procedures and areas of key interest. Clients can also link to their own internal policies and procedures.
