Infection Control

We all have an important role to play in ensuring that our hospitals and healthcare facilities are safe and healthy places, and this series of short programmes will give you the practical guidance you need.

 

Dispute Resolution

Looking for a better way to engage with difficult issues arising in the workplace and if necessary, negotiate effectively? This 15-minute ‘coffee break’ quiz introduces the Early Dispute Resolution (edr) Initiative at the University of Dundee. It covers some simple skills and tips that may help if you think you are either on-course for conflict or are already in the middle of one.

Online Induction

Many clients value an online induction to welcome their users to the portal.

For clients who request this, we can film bespoke footage at a location of your choice – such as a head office or campus – and add this to a short ‘orientation' course that new users can work through on joining the organisation.

Anti Money-Laundering e-learning

Used by Lloyds of London and several other institutions, this programme allows an organisation to improve staff understanding and awareness of money laundering, whilst educating employees on the risks of committing an offence. The course fully complies with FSA training requirements.

 

Health and Safety at Work

This course provides practical support and guidance on risk management, accident prevention and monitoring, fire safety, manual handling, display screen equipment, and the role of the occupational health department.

 

Stress Management

Our Stress Management programme is an interactive tutorial on how to manage pressure in the workplace. The module takes the user through a guided tutorial using illustrations, quizzes and a personal audit for the individual to assess their own stress.
